Applying for the AWS
Public Sector Partner (PSP)

In addition to meeting the DSA requirements, follow these 4 simple steps:

Eligibility requirements for PSP approval include:

  • Select your tier
  • Two or more Public Sector references within the past 24 months (not necessarily AWS-specific)
  • Two AWS Associate-level Certifications
  • A Public Sector Practice webpage with references to your firm’s solutions and customer success stories (see How to Build a Microsite)

Execute Public Sector Authorization (PSA)

After being accepted into the Public Sector Partner (PSP) Program, partners who wish to resell AWS to the Public Sector must execute the Public Sector Authorization (PSA).

The Partner Success Centre (PSC) will connect you with the appropriate AWS Public Sector PDM. They will coordinate with AWS Contracts to issue the PSA to the Partner via DocuSign, amending the Partner’s Distribution Seller Agreement (DSA).

Please note: Before the contract is issued, AWS will conduct due diligence, including a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) audit and a business review specific to the Public Sector. This process may take up to a month.
